Paredes Handball cup'24

And´Praia ´24 already has a general calendar approved and available and has 5 stages in this 25th edition of this Regional Beach Handball Circuit of the Porto Handball Association (AAP).

Porto, Paredes and Espinho are the cities that will host And'Praia this year, and it begins with two initial stages in the Transparent Building area, in the Praia Stadium structure, in front of Praia Internacional, then heads to Paredes for a stage in the Paredes Cup and finally arrives in Espinho for two stages, in partnership with the Aveiro Handball Association.

All stages of And´Praia ´24 are EBT, that is, they award points for the European circuit (European Beach Tour). There is also a partnership with the FGB (Federation Galega de Balonmano), for the participation of Galician teams in the circuit, as well as the intention of teams from the Cantabria region to participate.

Chelsea BH in the Women's Seniors and Vegetas BHC - Rum Sublima in the Men's Seniors defend last year's titles and have a lot of competition, namely from a new Portuguese men's team, the Vikings BHT, but also the very strong competition from the biggest Beach Handball clubs such as: GRD Leça, EFE Os Tigres and OSN; and competitive teams such as: Os Repetidos, Full Stamina AL, RB Gaia, 420 BH, ADG and CAB CRD. More and more Spanish teams are expected to participate, mainly in the Porto stages and the Paredes CUP stage, due to the increasing notoriety of the circuit and the partnership with the FGF.
